Faisal Qamar is Co-Founder and CEO at Decibel. He has been instrumental in bringing the concept of business process outsourcing to developing economies. He brings more than two decades of global expertise as a senior corporate executive to design and develop innovative strategies that help businesses excel.

He was formerly the COO for SIDDCO Group Ltd. & CFO for Pakistan Textile City Ltd., which enforces his effectiveness in diverse positions of management and leadership. Testament to his passion for the start-up industry and advocacy efforts for entrepreneurialism, is the success of Decibel over the 13 years of its journey.

Faisal is a Senior Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s certification in Human Resources from Cornell University.
